Club members were busy over the last few weeks in various other sporting codes and a few National titles along the way.

Congratulations to Lara Gillespie who retained her National Triathlon title over the weekend. A great performance bearing in mind that she picked up a nasty injury a few weeks ago. Well done Lara.
