Congratulations to Darren Keane who came 19th overall in Raheny AC’s Lord Mayor Series 2 mile on Tuesday; also to Eoghan Hughes, Michael Blighe and James Curran in the IMRA event at Little Sugar Loaf on Wednesday and Prince William’s Seat on Saturday. Also a huge congratulations to Ger O’Toole who took on the Barkley Mini Marathon over the weekend. This was a 67km effort through Crone Woods in county Wicklow in an impressive 8 hours and 33 minutes. Amazing achievement.

5km track graded trial runs – sign up now
A 5km track graded time trial is being organised by Barry next Saturday 26th at 4pm at the Greystones track with few slots available. Email Gerry if you are interested to join.
Volunteers Sought
Volunteers are sought to help with training in the coming summer months to cover training. This involves staying at the back of a group or with an individual and running at their pace. If you can help from time to time, please let Gerry know by email, by text or at training.
COVID Reminder
Thanks to everyone who co-operated with training and HSE requirements at training last week. Anyone who had not completed the Covid-19 survey can do so at the following link (Covid19 form link). If anyone is not feeling well in any way or injured you should not come to training. The current requirements will remain in place until further notice. Hope to see some new faces at training this week and as usual, everyone is welcome.
