Well done to Dermot Jackson who recently won a bronze medal for Blackrock AC in the Frank Duffy Dublin 10mile road race in the Phoenix Park in the 0-50 category  in an excellent time of 71-25. Others Juvenile Coaches who ran very well were Michael and Michelle O’Brien who finished in 83mins and 104minutes respectively. Gerry Flaherty continued his consistent year with a fine second place second in the O-40 category at the Claregalway 10k in a time of 40-11.
