Well done to all our athletes who took part on Day 4 of the Dublin T&F Indoor Competition on Saturday last. Some Results and placings by our athletes listed below:
U10s
Jack Mulsow and David McMahon both made the u10 boys indoor finals, finishing 4th and 6threspectively. We had Sophie Curtin, Roisin Treacy, Rachel O’Brien and Holly O’Brien all running on Saturday as well. Great running overall against tough competition.
U11s
Libby O’Gorman and Annalie McMahon both made the u11 girls indoor finals, with Libby taking a strong 2nd place and Annalie finishing in 4th.
Alex Maher and Shayna Crowley also competed in the 60m heats and ran well despite the weather
Luke Moraghan also made the u11 Boys indoor final finishing 5th while Sean O’Riagain was unlucky not to qualify for finals, placing 4th in the faster of the two u11 boys semi-finals
U12s
Robert O’Brien also made the u12 boys final taking a fine Bronze medal **Have we any other U12 Girls & Boys results?**
U13’s
Isabel O’Brien had a fine set of runs over the shorter distance finishing in 5th place in the 60m final whilst Issy Lynch and Beth Carry had good runs in the heats and the semi finals.
U14 + Older 60m
Emma O’Brien (U14) had a few fine runs and was unfortunate to trip in the final finishing in 6th place. Kristina O’Connor took part in the U15’s and suffered an injury whilst running in the semis and hopefully not too serious, Jack Moraghan had a good run in the U16 60m whilst Robyn O’Brien finished in 5th place in the U17’s.
