April 2015 update – Great results by Men and Fit4life
Great performances and many personal bests again by the Men and the Fit4life Section in Blackrock A.C. in April with membership numbers now at 55. Performance of the month goes to Catherine Galvin who was 3rd lady home in the Vartry 50km in Wicklow, her second 50km of 2015. Congratulations also to Paul and June O’Brien who both ran very well in the London marathon, to Patricia, Niamh, Sarah Rose and Alison in the recent Summer Meet and Train race in Lucan and to Fiona who recently reached the 50 Parkrun milestone.
