Well done to Gerry Flaherty on his impressive run in the Berlin Marathon which he completed in a time of  3: 19: 37 .

Gerry’s last marathon was in September 2011 and he took 10 mins off that time and by all accounts ran a very strong second part of the race in achieving this time.
