A big thank you to the Athletes & Coaches from the 2004-2008 age groups who took the opportunity on Saturday to get re-accustomed to the great facilities @ NIA in advance of the forthcoming Dublin Indoor Championships.

In total we had 78 athletes participating over the first two hours in the following workshops: Sprints, Hurdles, Middle Distance, Long Jump, High Jump and Shot.

The groups then turned their attention to the 4 x 200m relay practice session which brought the usual buzz and excitement for all involved.

Next up are the athletes in the age groups 2009-2011 who will be training at the arena from 11 am to 1 pm on Sunday next 26th January.
