Congratulations to Sarah Healy (6th U12 600m/ 1 min 49 secs), Natasha Twomey (4th U13 600m/ 1 min 49 secs), William Hickey (5th U12 600m/ 1 min 47 secs/  7th Shot) and Sean Kinsella (12th Shot) on their execellent performances over the weekend.

The athletes gained great experience in what was very strong competition across all the age groups and whilst medals were hard to come by our middle distance athletes: Sarah, Natasha and William all ran personal bests in their finals. 

The club acknowledges the hard work put in by the athletes and congratulates them all on great individual performances.
