Congratulations to Amy Rose Farrell on a great run in Tullamore yesterday at the National Juniors T&F championships. In pretty horrendous conditions, Amy Rose won the combined U20/23 race with a fine solo effort. Her time of 16.47.93 was also a European U20 A standard for the 5k and an Irish youths record.
