In what was a fantastic week for the Irish squad the best was saved until the last day when Sarah Healy turned in an emphatic performance to take the EYOF 1500m title in Gyor yesterday. The win was all the more sweet as she produced a new Personal Best in the championship final of 4.19.85. Once Sarah took control of proceedings mid way through the race, there was no looking back as she turned on the style with a scintillating last 400m. And just in case you haven’t seen her majestic performance please click here to relive the magical moments.
