14th Nov: Congrats to Beth Sweeney (Sion Hill) who came third in the Combined Events (Indoor) Schools Intermediate championships back in late October and then went on to taste All Ireland experience in AIT earlier this month with another strong showing.

Club athletes were involved in Schools XC races over the last two months in Santry/ Brother at your Side competition, Phoenix Park/ Comprehensive schools comp and Blackrock College’s annual XC event.

We had good performances and top 10 finished across the three events from: Oisin Kelly (Newpark/ 3^rd), Lucy Schwer (HCK/ 3^rd), Ciara Dunne (Loreto Dalkey/ 3^rd), James O’Brien (Oatlands/ 5^th), Sam O’Kelly (Oatlands/ 10^th), Hannah O’Brien (Carysfort NS/ 2^nd), Holly O’Brien (Mt Anville/ 5^th), Doug Walshe (Benildus College), Isabel O’Brien (Mt Anville) and Oscar Canavan (Willow Park/ 1^st).
