Notice is given to members of Blackrock A.C. that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, April 25th, 2022 at 7.30PM in Talbot Hotel, Stillorgan.

*Constitution Changes
A copy of the proposed constitution, with proposed amendments to that of the prior year, is available along with the minutes of the last AGM on request (ray.murphy@smurfitkappa.com). It is proposed to approve this in full at the AGM. However, if there are objections to any of the proposed amendments these will be considered at the meeting.
*Election of Officers & Incoming Committee Members:
All committee positions are filled by election at each AGM, and seven of the current committee, being eligible are putting themselves forward for re-election, with new appointments for Chair, Juvenile Captain, Junior Captain, and Child Welfare Officer. Nominations have already been received for each of these posts. Should there be new nominations for any of the posts, then please submit those to
the Secretary (ray.murphy@smurfitkappa.com) at least seven days prior to the AGM.
**Notices of Any Motions :
Please note that Notices of any Motions for the AGM must be submitted in writing (preferably by email to ray.murphy@smurfitkappa.com) to the Secretary at least 7 days prior to the AGM (i.e. on or before Monday 18th April, 2022). Notices should contain details of the Proposer and Seconder (both of whom shall be Club Members and Present at the AGM).
Voting Rights :
In accordance with the Club Constitution please note that only Club Members over 18 years of age are entitled to vote at the AGM.
