Ready to run with one of Dublin’s friendliest athletic clubs? Joining us is a straightforward process managed through the Athletics Ireland (AI) portal. Follow the steps below to ensure your registration is processed correctly.

Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Apply via Athletics Ireland

New adult members and those aged 14+ must first apply for membership through the central Athletics Ireland website. To visit the AI website click the “Register via Athletics Ireland” button below.

Select the Correct Club: In the registration form, you will be asked to choose a club from a dropdown menu. It is vital that you select “Blackrock (Dublin) A.C.” to ensure your application reaches our registrar.

Once logged in:

1. Submit Your Details: Fill in your personal information as required by the national governing body.
2. Step 2: Approval and Payment
   Select the relevant membership category (e.g., Senior, Junior, or Fit4Life) and complete the secure payment online. Once you have submitted your application, our club registrar will review it.
3. Wait for Approval: Our team will confirm your eligibility and approve your application.
4. Check Your Email: Once approved, you will receive an automated email from the Athletics Ireland system containing a link to pay your membership fees.
