Blackrock College hosted their annual XC races earlier today it wet and windy conditions.

Well done to Claire Doyle (Mount Anville) and Aoibh Brady (Loreto on the Green) finishing 5th & 7th in the Minor race. Anna Dignam (Mount Anville) also had a good run in this age group.

Sarah Healy (HCK) with a typical front running performance finished 1st in the Junior Girls race, AmyRose Farrell (Mount Anville) finishing strongly in 2nd place and Anna Daly (HCK) in 7th. Sarah O’Dea, Emma Patterson and Isabelle McCarthy also had good runs.

Julie Ringrose (Mount Anville) ran up in the Intermediate race and had a fine 4th place finish against strong opposition.

Mark Dignam (Blackrock College)was a very strong 5th place finisher in the boys Intermediate race.
